Clubs
Explore Our Clubs
Clubs at Bryn Mawr are student-led and include Bryn Mawr-only organizations, Bi-College groups, and Tri-College groups.
Please note, the following list is meant to serve as a representation of clubs on campus and does not include all active organizations. If you have a question about what may be available on campus, please email us at studentengagement@brynmawr.edu.
Starting a Club
Steps for starting a new club
- Explore the clubs already in existence at 91Ö±²¥ before starting a club. If a student finds that we do not have a club which is of interest to them they can choose to start their own club. However, the club must be different than any club already on campus.
- Gain interest and members from the student body by hosting an event. One (1) interest-gathering event is allowed per each potential new organization. A minimum of ten (10) members is required for any new club. Clubs desiring Bi-Co or Tri-Co status require at least five (5) members from each of the additional Colleges.
- Once you have ten (10) members you can petition the Office of Residential Life and Student Engagement to start a new club. Petitions are accepted during the first fourteen (14) days of each semester and the petition form will be available via our student engagement platform Engage -
- A constitution is required and will be forwarded to SGA for final approval. Please review the Constitution Guide for a template. Constitution Guide (PDF).
- All returning clubs are required to register each academic year with the Office of Residential Life and Student Engagement at the beginning of the fall semester.
