Roberts' passion for social justice and interest in pursuing a career in law inspired her to apply to an internship with the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Springfield, Mass. This internship gave her fantastic experience in the research and advocacy that form the basis of public defense and racial justice, areas which are particularly important to her as she considers her future in the field.

O'Connor was an Urban Planning and Research Intern with Street Lab, an organization focused on public space activation across all boroughs of New York City. This summer offered particularly exciting opportunities, as the organization partnered with Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s office to bring the excitement of the World Cup to the streets of New York.

As an intern at the Mongolian Ministry of Finance, Altankhuyag put the theoretical knowledge she learned in her economics classes at Bryn Mawr to good use. Beyond developing the skills that will be integral to her future career path, she found that observing senior colleagues and building genunine connections with her colleagues rounded out her experience at her internship.

Working for the Chinese Progressive Association in Boston, Massachusetts, was important for Guo, who wanted to better understand her local Asian American organizing scene and to improve her Chinese language abilities. For her, coming to work every day and learning more about the history of the community has proved invaluable for understanding modern concerns, while also remaining hopeful and confident of a more just future.

An internship with Philly Goat Project brought Hardy face-to-horn with the thirteen goats that make up this non-profit that focuses on fostering connection with nature and improving the community's well-being. From organizing goat events to donning a full Gritty costume in a play for elementary students on a hot summer day, this internship never failed to surprise and fulfill Hardy.

Ali's position as a research assistant at the University of Freiburg has her on a project that sits right at the crossroads of computer science and psychology. The positive work environment and her inspiring colleagues have contributed to an interdisciplinary research experience where her work plays directly into important global sustainability goals.

Hsu's research on Lyme disease at San Francisco State University has taken her out in the field to gather samples and into the lab to study the species with microscopy. It was the pandemic that initially drew her to studying the science behind disease prevention and her biochemistry and molecular biology major gave her the tools to succeed.

After finishing a geology field course run by St. Andrews, Raich took the initiative to connect with one of the course's professors and landed a lab assistant position where she researches volcanic material found in ice cores from Antartica and Greenland. For her, the most rewarding part of the experience has been participating in the production of real data that will be used for scientific publications.
